You’ve Been Served LLC is an Austin based civil process company which offers a variety of services throughout Central Texas.  We  serve Citations- Original Petitions for Divorce, Subpoenas, Notices to Appear, Summons and Complaints and a variety of other legal court documents.  Although we can serve process in all 254 counties throughout the State of Texas, our main areas of focus for service of  process are in Travis, Dallas, Ellis, Williamson, Hays, Bell, Bosque, Hill & McLennan counties. All of our process servers are certified by the Texas Supreme Court and required to be insured.

We also provide Mobile Notary services.
